Different strokes for different folks. Thank goodness for Mrs. Elaine's sake at Calcasieu Point that some folks like to fish with live shrimp. My sister fishes with live pogies in Prien Lake and she catches a ton of fish, she releases all the big fish > 24". One of my buds from work won a boat from the CCA Star tournament a couple of years ago, he said most of the other boats in the awards ceremony were won by croaker soakers. Check out the "Trout Masters" book by Jerald Horst, lots of those dudes fish livies. There is a good chapter in Mr Jerald's book about Will Drost. I heard that Will caught and released a 10 pound and a 9 pound trout last week on the same trip. Will is the wade master, The Stalker. Some of the kayak fishermen think that outboards and trolling motors are cheating. Don' even get started with fly fishermen. Different strokes for different folks. If everybody was the same it would be really crowded everywhere we go. Non-alcoholic beer, that's a good one Mr. Ray.
