New member hello

Hello guys,
I am a new member and wanted to let you know that I have enjoyed reading the past posts. Have learned a lot.

Have fished all my life (66 years) but only started saltwater fishing about five years ago. Most of our fishing thus far has been either in the Venice or Cocodrie area. We would like to start fishing some at Big Lake and are seeking as much information and help as we can get. I will be posting questions time to time and hope that some of you will be generous enough to share some of your hard earned knowledge. Not looking for someone "hot spot" just some help to get us started in the right direction.

Thanks in advance for any help offered. Hopefully some day I will be able to return the favor.
