just moved down from MN need to go fishing any pointer on fishing here, or where to get lake maps

There is a map called Top Spot or Hot Spot map.
Ship to Shore on Lake St. has them, so does Lake Charles Tackle on McNeese St.
Also, click the GPS link on the black link bar on top of this page.
The lake is shallow, be careful around the banks. Run in the middle of the lake
and turn towards the banks you want to fish. Don't run along the banks.

I believe Ray is taking about fishing saltwater in Big Lake [Calcasieu Lake].
