Glad I found this site!

I'm from Natchitoches and love coming down to Big Lake.

Haven't fished much since I was a kid in Ascension Parish, but I'm lovin' it all over again, got lots to learn about Calcasieu, though. Anyway, had a couple of good trips recently and met lots of good folks down there - caught some nice fish and had a great time. Real happy to find BigLake411 - we'll be checking in frequently - so keep postin'!

This is the place to get the 411 on big lake. All weather info, tide info, etc is on the top bar. Props to jsmoke for designing that feature. Welcome aboard and tight lines
