I have a early 80s (82-84) mercury 25 tiller handle two stroke outboard. Runs good, new carb kit, changed the lower unit oil(it was clean, no metal or water). I have a new water pump impeller for it but not installed yet. It has an aluminum prop that is in good shape. Not all beat up. It is a short shaft ,shift on the handle motor. Looking to get $700 OBO
