Posted: Mon Oct 31, 2011 11:23 amNot legal, Tried it once last year and within 20 minutes Coast Guard was there with 10 trainees on board telling me to untie and giving me a verbal warning. Said cannot tie to any channel marker, buoy and any other navigational aid. Never tried it again.
