Registering new member problem

my buddy has tried to register for this site and the message keeps showing up saying he entered something wrong. he has tried a different email adress and different usernames/passwords and nothing seems to work. I also read on another post that there is supposed to be one of those security codes where u enter letters seen in the picture, unfortunately it is not showing up. Im all out of ideas so what could we try next?

In order to register your account, you must fill out the picture match security feature correctly. We have this in place to keep automated systems from registering & spamming the board. There are a series of 6 pictures in the box. 2 larger pictures in the top section & 4 smaller pictures @ the bottom. You must match the 2 top pictures with 2 from the 4 smaller pictures below. You have to match both of the pictures in the top section with similar images from the bottom section , not just 1.
