Male Lab found in Rayne

Woke up this morning and he was still here so I'm posting this to see if anyone lost him in the Rayne area. He is real skinny so he would have gone missing about a week ago. Now I'm not going to just give him to just anyone so if he is yours you should be able to tell me a certain mark to recognize him.
