Boat Advice Needed

What is the best all-around boat/motor combo for both hunting in shallow water and inland fishing? I'm not necessarily looking for brands (although that might prove useful) but more of boat size and engine horsepower. We will be fishing a lot in the Southwest Louisiana refuges and I understand some of them have a horsepower limit. Some convenience options will be needed - console, electric start, tilt & trim - as my wife will be using it without me at times. Where is the best place to buy?
