HT Series - Port Neches Texas

Postby jsmoke222000 » Sun Sep 19, 2010 5:48 am

The HT Series travels to Port Neches Texas today. I had planned on fishing in this event with cajunredfish07 (Neil Barbier) but I am currently offshore with no relief in sight so we had to call upon our friend Capt. Skip Floyd to fish as an alternate today. I know Neil & Skip have been pre-fishing for the last 3 days looking for some good fish. I got a report yesterday evening that the lake was looking pretty rough yesterday afternoon but that they had managed to locate some fish in the marsh. The tournament should be underway right now so I won't be able to get any information until this afternoon when the tournament is over. The weigh-in will be streamed live on the internet if anyone wants to watch. Here is a link:

It should start @ 3PM local time. If that changes, I will update this post accordingly. Best of luck to Neil & Skip!

Thanks man, it was tough conditions. Wind and clouds didn't let up for a min. But we couldn't find a fish to go with our 9lber
